Hotel Izvora - Ruse

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. Its perfect cleanliness sets it apart from other accommodations. The attention to detail is evident, especially in the brand new bathrooms that are spotlessly clean. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, making you feel like part of the family. What's more, the hotel's convenient location in the center allows you to easily explore the city's attractions, with everything just a short walk away.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the city center. You can easily explore the city on foot and discover all the attractions it has to offer. Additionally, the staff at this hotel is very attentive and their service is excellent. They go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a delicious breakfast included.

There was only a small TV in the room, but the lobby had a very big one.

The hotel decor and style were excellent, perfect location near the old town and library, convenient for food and drinks, free parking in the area. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great price, and good location for exploring the town center.

Over the Easter weekend, I stayed at a hotel with a great location near the historic city center and had a lovely time. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet featuring a variety of tasty options, including traditional Easter dishes. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities.

The room was in need of updating and cleaning, particularly the bathroom which appeared worn and neglected. the reception staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive to requests.

The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is situated near the city centre. It was easy to explore the area and access all of the attractions. the staff was polite and always willing to help. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms.

The breakfast was not satisfactory and the limited options were of low quality.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff greeted me warmly and held my room despite my delayed arrival. The location is very close to the city center, making it easy to efficiently use my time to explore the beautiful neighbourhood. The cleanliness of my room was amazing, and I appreciated that it had air conditioning. Parking was also convenient, so I didn't have to worry about my vehicle.

During our romantic escape, we found the hotel to be in a great location, just around the corner from the popular attractions and restaurants. the decor was absolutely lovely and created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for our romantic getaway. the room was equipped with all the necessities and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the cozy bed.

The softness of the bed and found it uncomfortable to sleep on. the bathroom was a bit small and could have been cleaner.
